I'm starting to feel like there's a chance we may have new people at the end of all this. It may not be perfect. But, at least, the era of Clinton/Bush may be coming to an end.

Seriously though....You don't REALLY think he can win anything do you? He'd be great,But, Obama has a shot to beat Hillary. And if he does that....then the Dems have finally taken a step towards change. I consider myself a Bobby Kennedy type liberal...and a Ron Paul type conservative. Of course I disagree with some of what either one has said or did. But, for the sake of the country, we need change. I'll accept anyone who offers that.
And what , realistically, is gonna happen with the Republicans? They aren't offering much. But, YOU KNOW and I KNOW it won't be Ron Paul. So, what if it's Rudy, or McCain (which is most likely....in spite of the current polls)?
I'll vote for ANYONE who runs against Hillary. But, I would feel a lot safer if Hil;lary got beat BEFORE it got to her against ANY of the righties. The Repubklicans can't win this time. Those days are over. So what to do? Let Hillary in? Nah. I don't think so.
So, in the primaries....I'm voting against her. THEN, if Ron Paul is part of the mix after that....I'll vote for him. I think that's the best strategy for now. |
