To read more about Hillary's proposed bail out - and to discover why she may be looking to help her friends in the mortgage industry and not defaulting home buyers - read Pay My Mortgage |

So as a home owner you have a $500 a month advantage over a renter. so at the end of the year you would have to add $6,000 to your income and pay for that advantage you have over a renter. |

For example, in the Republican "Fair Tax", renters will have to pay a large "sales tax" with their home/apartment/etc rental payments. Seriously though, even though she is widely hated, which of the Republicans do you think actually stands a good chance of beating her? None the less, why should irresponsible people who can't afford a home get special privileges over more responsible, less fortunate, impoverished people? |
